The Chairman and Founder Phil Hagerman took over Isource World Wide and removed founders Rick Rockman, and Rick Koester. Then was sued by in house counsel Steve Knox. Diplomat was asking employees why then were on Phil's private jet doing projects for Skypoint Ventures. Somebody should ask why those girls were with him? The lawsuits states  it wasn't all business.
