I had Dire's get me two new high security locks for my business. The service was friendly and the turn around time was quick. It seems that this is THE place to go in Downtown Denver if you have lock/key needs.

This place was able to help me replace a broken key after multiple dealerships had no luck (it was 1990, too old to make based off VIN, and didn't have the capability to cut based off a broken key). 

The lady who answered was very friendly and helpful. When I arrived, they quickly turned it over to the key cutter (call ahead to make sure he's there, he doesn't work the full set of business hours) and he cut it in less than five minutes. They don't guarantee cuts based off broken keys, but I was lucky enough to get a good fit the first time. It is also reasonably priced (would recommend bringing cash, $7 credit minimum)
