I love this store.  It's huge! Lots of goodies to choose from. They have a huge variety of items. Clothing furniture house date yard items etc. Very good prices.  Very clean friendly helpful staff.

I have been inside two of your store's, Sherman, TX. and Witchta Falls, Tx. Someone should teach whom ever makes the signs inside the Witchta Falls, store to spell, the word most does have a (t) at the end of the word. When I saw the word most spelled MOS, it made me laugh and feel bad for all employees in the store. I wish I could add the photos, I took.

Poor management to say the least. Items change the percent off of orginial price daily. The items are each marked with a "secret" sku number that lets cashiers know the percent off. I just stopped at the store in Dothan Alabama. Items at register did not ring up as I expected. We called a manager and I showed her the items and where they were on the shelf, and the shelf contained other of the same item. There was a giant 70 perceny off sign on the shelf. The manager called over a stocker who advised her she had just put those items out and "forgot" to remove the 70 percent off sign. Then the manager advised me of the "small print" secret sku number. Im not trying to get something for nothing, I simply asked for them to honor the sign on the shelf. The manager who then was so confused called another manager. That manager proceeds to hand me a flyer that was mailed out that explains their store policy. Thats great, except I never received this flyer and I dont live in this area. I asked the manager why these flyers were not posted on the shelves? She had no response. Im sure this is because they are trying to pull one over on unexpecting customers. Explain please why when the manager sees the items mismarked on the shelf they would refuse to honor the marked price?
