I will definitely use them again .They were on time and didn't try to add on a bunch of extra's like the last company we used. The gentleman was very nice and worked hard to get my carpet cleaned .I was also very surprised how fast my floors dried. Thanks Dirtmaster !!!! MY CARPET LOOKS GREAT !!!!

Had my carpets cleaned by them but never again. After waiting 3 days to finally schedule an appointment,  the guy was late. He didn't tell me it would take 3 days for my carpets to dry. On day 2 my carpets looked worse than they did before he did the job. It took a lot of baking soda, vinegar, carpet freshener, and air freshener to get the mildew smell out of my house. I tried to call several times to let him know of my dissatisfaction of his services and to see if he could redo some spots but my calls and emails went unanswered. For the same amount of money, I would take my business elsewhere if you want a PROFESSIONAL.

My experience scheduling an appointment was very poor. I spoke to Damion who scheduled my appointment for a particular time and date. I asked him to send me an email to confirm the quote and work. He said I should expect the email in 2 hours, after 6 hours I sent him a text message thinking he may have forgetting or wrote the wrong email address. I did not get any response from the text so the next day I called and left the same message. The following day was the appointment. At this point i figured this was not a reliable company but before I consider hiring another company I wanted to try one more time. To by surprise, when i called, the phone hanged up on me so I thought I call from another number. I was shocked when Damion answered and I introduced myself and said I wanted to confirm by appointment, he did not mention receiving my text nor my voice message. All he said was that he has me down for the appointment so when I proceeded to confirm what address he had for me, he hung up the phone. I called back twice and my phone calls went straight to voice mail. Mind you, I was very professional, I did not ask him why my messages had been ignored nor why no email. And ofcourse there was no show at the appointment time. So I'm glad I dodged the bullet on this business provider. Make your decision if you would hire them!

Carpet was not cleaned well. When I called back to tell them, they rescheduled to come back and reclean but never showed up and didn't answer my call. Now I have to hire someone else to clean the carpet.

We received a postcard at our door a few days ago and it couldn't have come at a more perfect time.  We needed both our carpets and tile cleaned and so I called this morning and Damion Raburn said he could be out by 12noon.  He arrived at 11:56am and after giving him an idea of what we needed, he got to work.  

He was done around 2:30p and the place looks fantastic.  The tile and grout look brand new and the carpet just as new.  We definitely will call on them again and will do this regularly to keep the house looking wonderful.
