Dirty Dough has such a fun environment & super friendly employees! Their filled cookies are different than any other cookie place and they have such fun unique flavors! They have something for everyone. My favorites are just the plain ones since their cookies are SWEET as can be. If you have a sweet tooth this is for sure the place for you… and bring friends because there is no way you can eat a whole cookie by yourself. Haha
Our family got a box of these amazing cookies and wow! We’ve had all the other brands and hands down Dirty Dough are the best. They’re fresher tasting, moister, softer, and most importantly full of surprises! You get way more for your money too! Five stars from me!
The Pleasant Grove Dirty Dough is incredible! From the entry employees through management and the owner; everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. I was able to get amazing personal recommendations from everyone I talked to which made it fun and amazing to make my selections. This team definitely exudes the idea of "its what's inside that counts." I 100% recommend this store to everyone.
I’m not typically one to write reviews; however, given the #utahcookiewars happening in Utah, I was excited to see a Dirty Dough opening in Pleasant Grove. My wife and I were excited to try out the cookies. Sadly, our overall experience was poor. When we arrived, there was only one person working in the store and they were out of the majority of flavors. The display cookies were unappealing as they were simply on napkins accompanied by hand written signs and it was confusing as some of the display cookies didn’t match up with the cookies on the TV monitor above. We bought a few cookies despite them being out of the flavors we wanted to try. The cookies tasted fine, but were definitely nothing special. Overall, I’m disappointed with our experience as I would have expected the store to be running at its best given it is opening week for this location.
My family loves Dirty Dough! Their cookies are huge and they offer a fun variety of cookies, so everyone will find something they like. My families favorite is anything chocolate! The facility is clean and the staff is friendly as well.
Love these cookies so much! The new flavors are so good. Can’t wait until the one opens even closer to my house. It’ll be hard to not get one on the way home everyday. Driving a little further than usual is worth it for these cookies though!
My retailing class did a blind taste test on Dirty Dough and a few other cookie companies. I had never tried it so I didn't know what to expect from it. I tried the pop tart cookie thinking it was just a regular sprinkle cookie. Let's just say I wasn't expecting that. To me, it tasted like something a child made- probably made for children. I just feel like all the cookies I tried from here were too sweet and seemed to be made for children.
About the same as the other cookie places that have spread like necrosis around the state in the last few years. The cookies are decent but seem habitually under cooked, same as crumbl and chip. They do have more variety with their 'filling' but mostly they don't have a lot of flavor from what I have tried so far, mostly just dough flavor and oil and sugar. The trend of thick, under cooked cookies is kind of frustrating especially since you can get better stuff at any decent bakery, even Walmart if you get their nicer options. Basically you're paying extra for fancy packaging, and a higher end retail experience but the actual product isn't anything unusual. Grab some cookie dough from the grocery store and portion it larger than instructed in a large scoop and bake it at home and you'll get the same result mostly.
Wow I absolutely love dirty dough! They have really yummy cookies and their message is amazing! It’s what’s on the inside that counts! And their cookies show that! Grasshopper is by far my fave
I placed an order ahead of time and selected curbside pickup as I have 2 little ones and knew I’d be in a rush. When I got there I called the number and they told me they don’t offer curbside pickup. Why is it an option on your website then? Okay fine, I unload the kids and go in. They say they will start my order now. I tell them my order was supposed to be ready for pickup 15 minutes ago. They say “sorry our system is delayed”, if that’s the case then why even offer online ordering? How am I supposed to order so it will be ready when I get there? I asked her how long it would take because I was already late and she says “Not long.” “Okay, how long is not long? Minutes? Hours? I finally got my box of 4 cookies for $15 because I pre-tipped when I thought they would bring them curbside. I get that many places are struggling to get competent workers but holy smokes that entire experience was ridiculous.
