I was treated like a child, treated very rudely, I requested a car 3 weeks in advance. When I showed up all they had were trucks, so I had to take it. I drove 38km and burned through a 1/4 tank..I called and asked for a car, they told me they only had trucks... I will never go back....

Terrible service. Was overcharged and had to call the head office to get it corrected. It's just a bunch of teenagers working and a few older employees who act like children. The rough old female manager is crusty and could benefit from getting a high school diploma. Won't be back!
