We bought an above ground jacuzzi from this place and it wouldn't stay full of water. We called Gary and he came to look at it and said it was working fine. Really? My husband got to looking under it and water was leaking from where the pipes go together. We definitely not recommend this company as they are not honest and don't stand behind their work. We spent a lot of money for nothing.

Let me start by saying that Gary was outstanding.  He spent 30 minutes with me explaining how to open my pools, what chemicals to add and how much/often etc.

My problem lies with the little blonde haired troll working the cash register.
I guess her and her co-worker were upset that Gary was spending time with me as there was another customer waiting to see him.  They came over twice and interrupted us to tell Gary he had someone waiting for him and that "They have been waiting a long time"  (Saying this is front of me, trying to make me feel bad for learning how to take care of my pool.)  Store opens at 0900 I was there at 0905 this other customer wasn't there yet. 

I felt rushed and was trying to move the conversation along faster, but Gary was insistent on taking care of my needs and he just kept going.  The whole time I felt so uncomfortable.

My son was shuttling chemicals from where we (Gary and I) were standing and the cash register.  When we got everything loaded up and were driving home he proceeded to tell me how these women were bad-mouthing me.

"Why is he so special"
"Why is Gary spending so much time with him"

These things said in front of my son.

I do not know where workers get their attitudes these days.

I spent $384 today in chemicals, last year paid them $100 or so to close my pool.
Besides the hundreds last year to maintain my pool.  

Well guys I sure hope to hell that lady waiting, spent a lot of money in your store, because you will never see me again.

Worst company we have ever dealt with. They DO NOT stand behind their products. They also do not know what their product will and won't do. Avoid them!
