SUMMARY: I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE AND OWNER LIKE THE PLAGUE. The owner is rude, cocky and disrespectful to his customers. If you want more information to how I came to that conclusion, please read below. I am getting married in July and stopped by in March (4 months in advance) to get fitted along with 5 of my groomsmen and my father-in-law. Three of my groomsmen are out of state and had to fly in to get fitted. When I arrived, I met Steve (who I assume is the owner). He seems very confident with his knowledge and guaranteed the suits will be here on time and would fit everyone. He was so confident that he was borderline pushy. Every time I asked him a question about the suits coming in on time, he assured me everything would be fine. I ordered a suit jacket, vest, pants, and tie for each of my groomsmen and father-in-law. That's 7 suits total. Fast forward to about May (2 months before the wedding), I called to check up on the status of the suits. He told me they arrived at the Long Beach Port but the shipping container did not pass through customs and would call me when they arrived. Another week went by.... a second week went by, and still no call. So I called Steve again to inquire on the suits. I am getting a bit worried since some of my groomsman live out of the state and I had to ship it to them to get it hemmed. Steve seemed annoyed and irritated that I called him. Sorry Steve, I like to have things in order for my big day and not stress about it last minute. He was not very understanding at all. Now it's one month before the wedding and he sends me a text saying some other suits came in. So I come down to the store to find out these new suits are a completely a different shade of blue and didn't come with a vest. We had a gold and navy blue themed wedding. My Fiancée held up a navy blue tie to the new blue suit to show how it did not match. Steve seemed pretty annoyed and irritated at us for doing that. Steve, you supposedly have been in this line of work for many years yet you don't seem to understand the importance of colors and themes for weddings. During this entire interaction from start to finish, Steve never apologized for the suits not coming in or for the inconvenience he caused. Not to mention the amount of stress of how having to now find 7 suits for a wedding less then 30 days away. When he gave us back our deposit, he threw the money on the desk as if he was above us. I will NEVER shop here and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Pay attention to the other one star reviews... they mentioning the same level of service. Steve, I hope you are reading these reviews and change the way you do business and the attitude you have towards your customers.

Pricey but awesome stuff. Really unique items and classics like Pendleton shirts and Alden shoes. Your wallet will be lighter as you walk out, but you'll do so in style.

The owner, Steven, is really knowledgeable and patient, and is extremely friendly. He'll peg you first to get an idea of sizing, and then will pick out suits on color and style that you like, and then even suggest others to consider. It's a very enjoyable and low pressure experience, he really wants you to get what you're looking for, or help you the best you can, even with the difficult fits. His prices are great, and the customer service and friendliness don't cost extra.
