I've purchased a lot of tires at Discount Tire over the last 20+ years and have always had a positive experience. For the first time ever, I didn't like the new tires I bought. It wasn't their fault, I picked an AS set that just didn't work for my car. I called back after 5 days and told them I was disappointed with the new tires. Discount Tire switched me to better ones for only the difference in price. That's great customer service! I will ALWAYS get my new tires with this honest, customer focused company.

No better place in the world to get your tires inflated or rotated or balanced or to get new tires. The service is exceptional. Many services are totally free. They have free water and coffee. The bathrooms are clean. If you have a baby on board both bathrooms have changing stations. The management and staff at this particular location are doing an amazing job.

These guys are awesome, even during a very busy hectic time. A wheel cover bolt came loose and was lost so before heading to home depot to find a replacement bolt I  decided to get tire rotated before I find the bolt and put cover back on. Went here and they did the rotation pretty quick and found a replacement bolt for my wheel cover.  Courteous and professional. Will always be a customer!  Thanks Discount Tire!

I never have a problem with the service. They are always kind and helpful. When I went was during the week and it was busy. I can imagine going on the Saturday(not a good idea)
