Made an appointment to have my tire patched. Told them which tire it was and everything. Left my car to be “serviced”. Received a call letting me know it was ready to be picked up. Mechanics gave me no information and handed me my keys. I thought it had been fixed. Two months later I’m checking my tires because they’re obviously low. Same exact tire with the same nail in it. Had not been patched. Went to a DIFFERENT location Discount Tires to get it done properly. Asked them if it had been patched before and Nope it wasn’t.They had it in the system that I came in for a patch but they didn’t input which tire. Obvious sign it wasn’t done the first time. Totally different experience and they alerted me to another tire that had a leak. Save your time, gas and money go to another location.

Today I feel very lucky. My tire exploded. Fortunately I was near this store. So I tried to drive slowly to the store. It was 6:30 pm and I knew they were close, but two guys came out and asked me about the tire. Even though they were ready to go home, they still helped me to put my car into the garage and replace the tires. It only takes about 5 minutes to complete. They did very well. I will definitely recommend you to come here.  thank you so much guys, i'm very appreciate that.

Jake helped me today, very pleasant and sweet, got to my tire issue fixed quick. There was a screw in the tire and they fixed it up in less than an hour though it was busy that day for them.  I don't know what they did but they fixed the my front driver side tire and also got the clunk issue that I became aware of recently. I thought i needed new cv joints yet it was a fairly new car. They are such an awesome crew and I love this location.

Eventhought the put the 2 new tires on the back for safety purpose ( while the other 2 are quiet New too) ..they did my request of having them on the front ....and pretty straight forward came in with my desire tire brand and bought got them installed within 15 minutes tops......very pleased Honestly very generous their employees and they work fast. ( 3 people work on my car ) and that's why I come to this one
