Always best service I feel in town comparing to other locations! Been coming here with all my families cars and trust their opinion and expertise. They are always attentive, quick, honest, and courteous! I only like going to this location and always recommend others if they are in the OV area. Thank you to all who always are so nice and even ask if you would like water for free air checks! Please always keep the store running this way. Made an appointment online same day was done in 45 minutes. Tire was repairable could be why but helped in timing otherwise they had ppl in line wait time about 2 hours. They stay busy because that are that good and it shows.

Discount Tire is absolutely fantastic! They had my tires balanced in absolutely no time. Didn't need a rotation, but needed some "dealership" work undone. You can always tell when you see multiple weights instead of the single weights that Discount Tire always uses. And yes they were out of balance. Go to Discount Tire the first time always get it done right the first time!

I got a flat tire on the freeway last night and my car was telling me that my other left tire was low as well. Anyways, got to discount first thing this morning and had the best service i could possibly ask for! The employees kept track of who pulled into the parking lot in what order prior to the store opening, so there was no mad rush to get through the door first. I was in and out of there with 2 new tires within a half hour. One of my tires was still under warrantee, so i only had to pay for one. Everyone there was professional and got the job done fast. I appreciate it very much! Also, I didn't have an appointment, I just showed up and asked to get my tire fixed.

I have been buying all my tires in Illinois and Arizona for the past 12 to 15 years. All the tires you need at very good prices and timely service.
