Had to get 4 new tires after  80,000 miles...yes I really needed them but Blake, Matt and everybody on staff were so helpful. Even when it was found I needed tire sensors they gave me a good discount. Totally recommend them!!

I got a bolt in my front tire so I drove here. I got my tire fixed for no charge. Since I am a costumer for couple of years. Great service, awesome people Jake Seiler, Matt and all others. Definitely will come back. Thanks for great service.

Absolutely phenomenal service! I was able to get an appointment in the same day I called to fix my flat tire. Jakob Seiler handled the phone call and I worked with him when I got to the store. He was a pleasure to do business with, as was the mechanic who patched my tire. 
I’ve had experiences before at repair shops where I knew my lack of car-knowledge was being taken advantage of; but not at Discount Tire Store at Parma Heights. The customer service and quality of work here is the best around. Thank you!

I called about a tire that kept losing air.  They were able to fit me in and patch my tire, within an hour.  My tires were not from Discount Tire, but they patched my tire for free and were extremely nice.  I will be coming back when it is time for new tires.  I'm still in shock how nice, fast and helpful they were.

Wonderful customer service! I got a flat tire and had to pull into Conrad's as it was the closest store -- I have run-flat tires insured through Discount Tire so they simply had me bring in the receipt for reimbursement...no towing necessary. Much friendlier than Conrad's staff as well!
