Honest staff. Easy to understand explanation of work needed and why. Rotate and balance every 6000 miles with their service warranty. Replacement of  damaged tire free and fast

I've been a customer in this location for nearly 4 - 5 years. There's never a tire repair that I wouldn't bring to discount tires.

The service rep are always incredible. They're responsive and extremely fast. When you need to make an appointment, it's simple as picking up the phone and you're done. No hassles of asking long or nonsensical questions. 

I can't really say the same experience goes for other reviewers but I for one, have 3 vehicles. And I take every one of them here for tire changes. They give me the best deals available at great quality. Out of my 13-14 tire changes, only once did I blow out a tire. That occasion was because of my own lack of awareness. Plus I neglected to do my daily tire rotations for 10000+ miles.

Rotations, air checks and patches are free here. So never forget to get your tires rotated! :D don't be hesitant, everyone's friendly here.

This location needs improvement with customer service in the Air Check Area (The wait involved customers getting out of their cars seeking assistance!) Yes, all you may be very busy with other customers or their vehicles, but a quick & simple "We will be right with you" would have let us know your situation rather than a stone-faced glare as some of you employees displayed walking by. And Yes, the complementary service is appreciated, but some courtesy would be great.

Once you buy a set of tires from them you will have the services for the life time of the tires. Very welcoming. Great customer service. Fixed my tire pressure light in a very short amount of time. Highly recommended.
