The food here is great -- especially with the red hot sauce, if you're willing to risk it. The chicken shawarma is perfectly grilled in any format, and the portions are nothing to complain about considering the price.

Only problem is how popular the place is! I would highly recommend calling in pickup orders or going in later in the afternoon. Lunch time can get very busy!

While there were raving reviews of the place. We found it just normal generic. The good was not bad but neither to rave about.
Their service was very good .

The food itself is great but I was less than impressed with the customer service. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 12:30. I didn't get my food until 12:50. Not only was there an incredible delay but the woman at the window was incredibly rude. She went as far as to say to all of the people waiting for their orders  "if you can't stand in a straight line I will not help you!" keep in mind these were the people waiting on their orders, not people in line to order. After 15 minutes of waiting I was told they were out of pita and my lunch would be made a wrap. I was promised a full refund. I was not given a refund but instead told to call next time and they'll "take care of me" incredibly disappointed in the customer service

Great experience here. I really enjoyed my lunch, beef kabob with rice and salad . Their green (herb) sauce is excellent . I added this sauce not just to my salad but to meat and rice too. Absolutely delicious!

Eating area is large , service is good and fast. No issues with parking on weekends.

Reasonable pricing, self serve dining experience, good for small and large groups . 

I will definitely eat here again next time I am in San Jose area.

This isn't DND's best location. Good food, but the atmosphere is kind of lacking. There is shaded seating, but it's essentially outdoors and there isn't a lot of it. Also, very busy for weekday lunch. Everything is just very tight.
