This is a really nice hotel. Could possibly be the nicest hotel that I've ever stayed at. The staff here is too helpful. The first day i checked in Henry at the bell desk (at least i think it was Henry i apologize) saw i came in with a crutch. He immediately suggested if i were going to the parks i could benefit from using a mobility scooter. That was very thoughtful because there was no way i would have made it all those days at the park without a mobility scooter. We ate at both the 1900 park fair for a character breakfast which was just a hoot and the Grand Floridian cage which was great as well. One night we even went to Victoria Alberts for a romantic night with my husband. The food was absolutely incredible. We couldn't afford accommodations like this all the time, but it was a great sneak peak into the lives of the rich and famous. Hope to be able to come back some day!

Wonderful resort replicating another hotel on the eastern coast of Florida. It is very nice, definitely fits the description of "Grand". It has a lot of fine dining within the hotel itself and a lot of rooms. My favorite part is the live music including the Jazz Band especially. You can watch them on my YouTube channel if you'd like, they're very good. The bar right behind them is great to grab a drink, wether it be alcoholic or not. All in all a great resort that is a Disney classic.

This is a beautiful hotel. It has a poll with bucket spill and it is architecturally stunning. The lobby is old southern charm with new clean look. Christmas they make a ginger bread house that is big enough for a store. The lobby also has a giant Christmas tree. Festive and lively, visit or stay

Always love visiting The Grand Floridian Resort. The grounds are so beautiful and clean. The decorations at Christmas Time are fabulous, especially the gingerbread house. Always find something to buy for myself, my family, and or my friends in their unique shops. The personnel here are first class with their knowledge and helpfulness. Everyone must visit Basin White to find great fragrant bath products as shampoos, soaps, hand cleansers and scrubs and much more. A resort not to be missed!

Amazing resort! Our first time staying here and it's now one of our favourites! We had a room on the second floor overlooking the wedding pavilion. Super easy access to Magic Kingdom and Epcot. The pools were lovely (though the cast members were more attentive at the pool near the villas than the main pool) and the Sun loungers the best on property! The only thing that could make it better is having a drink station in the DVC building.
