This is my favorite store at the mall. I am always here to pick up some tsum tsums and am always kindly greeted by the staff, some of which even recognize me. The customer service is really great, staff is always attentive, helpful, and nice. I am 100% sure I will be back here and I am also sure that I will have a great experience here.

I've been coming to this store with my family for years. Superb customer service.  The Cast members at this location are extremely helpful and go out of their way to give you the best Disney experience possible.

Sales were pretty good but when I got home they forgot to bag my item. Was super upset due to the fact that I live further away then most and it is super inconvenient to have to come back. When I called the worker didn't seem very apologetic and made it seem like it was no big deal. I love Disney and there stores so it was a big let down.

Mostly traditional characters and a few of the new ones. They had exactly what we were looking for as well. It is a smaller store but it did have stuff that I couldn't find online.
