As a painter, I consider DPI to be a great asset to my business. When I want a second opinion on an aspect of a project, Jen helps me troubleshoot with knowledge and experience. Beyond that, she is approachable and eager to assist your vision.

I stopped in with several questions about stain and paint for a large home project. Jen, the owner, was so helpful and took the time to talk to me about the products they sell in the store and the choices I had for our home project. Jen also helped me with color selection and order timing due to pandemic related delays. I very much appreciated this level of customer service. Thank you, Jen! You made these big decisions much less stressful!

Phenomenal customer service! I bought my flooring and paint from them and it was the easiest task ever! Super friendly folks and will definitely be back if I need more!!

Waste of time. We unknowingly bought what seemed to be old inventory and brought home paint which had just been mixed with a film on top. We returned the paint and were offered the current line. No discount, no apology, no more business.
