Called for a continuous and they insist upon paying online and entering a plea of guilty. I requested a continuous due to work and Thursday at 3pm is the only time available. They dont offer you the opportunity to reschedule. Now i have yo take off work to see a judge. Hopefully the officer is a stand up guy and shows up and stands behind his ticket

Been on hold for 30 mins, paid a speeding ticket with community service , I leave on orders to Texas and find out I never got clear from that ticket. Now I have a suspended license!

I was arrested for battery when I wasn't the one doing anything it was my girl hitting me an I went to jail for very unprofessional security an cops my brother is a police officer an thought it was wrong I went to jail but luckily I paid it off an took the class I was supposed todo they dropped my case
The FACT that ANY link to answers comes up as an error and ANYTHING else leads to pay this pay that is a clear indication that this system is only concerned with extorting citizens. Only further proof that a system is in place specifically for breaking the lower classes of this country. I've dealt with Clark County many times and had many options to deal with the given issue. Henderson,no,the only option is "give us money or go to jail". Sick. Only leads to a populace bent on repaying the greedy ideals of the particular oppressive system. Sick,greedy people.
Money-making organisation which refuses to give you the rights the constitution grants people. Bad cops, very impolite. You don't have the right to ask for proof of fault or defend yourself in anyway. They force you to appeal even the simplest things in hopes you will not want to go through the process of doing so in order to make as much revenue as is possible. They never respond to the phone and when you go to them they will refuse to take care of your case because you don't have an appointment. It's there business to make up things, to justified there position, there work and simply keep it. They give you attitude to push you to the point you'll feel like nothing, I'm extremely upset and hate Nevada for that.
Every body working there was very nice and polite. Judges are very nice too. They take your situation in to consideration. Judge dismissed one of my tickets and dropped the price on my other ticket from 750 to 200.
Well I have had to come down to this court, a few times. The first time being traffic tickets speeding. I have never had a problem. The judge has always been fair and listened to my considers and worked with me as far as paying off my fines. The second was because of my family dog biting me and I had to appeal him being put down. The judgement didn’t come out as I would of like but the judge was none the less fair in his judgement. sadly I ended up putting my dog down, rather then having him be muzzled the rest of his life. The staff have always been friend, politely and welcoming. Even the officers downstairs when you first come in.
