I kinda failed to take the prefeast pics. But still, the pics would not do the meal justice. The staff pleasant and extremely helpful. The atmosphere, peaceful with a tasteful selection of music. I don't like beets, but the beauty of the Beets Napoleon had me, and I was pleasantly surprised. And OMG, the Alfredo with chicken and mushrooms... delicious. This is a must if you're in the area.
Update: The response is all lies. I expect at minimum integrity. We were not late. We packed our own food, except one guests salad before entrees arrived. Server was great, manager not so much. There's more to address, but obviously you aren't in truth so hopefully potential guests see this and don't waste their time or money. We will never go here again. We had appetizers, meals, dessert and several glasses of wine. We were asked to leave by the poor host who awkwardly told us they have a time limit. We had 3 guests, spent over $200 in an hour and a half - and they didn't even have the accurate time for our reservation and were perplexed upon our arrival. The seemingly manager in her dress and sneakers who never once checked in on us and our experience had nothing to say when I asked about why we were asked to leave. Not welcoming, most food and bread is fried so not authentic Italian in the least sense. Why would we ever eat here again? Cannot recommend if you would like a nice evening out. Turn and burn without anything meaningful to offer a guest. If you're so small you're asking guests to leave then reconfigure your model. I cannot recommend or spend my money here again. We were there about an hour and a half. Having worked in a restaurant myself several years I'm appalled at this experience and their approach. It's absolutely sub par. Horrible evening out with mediocre food. Zero stars if I could.
Great place for family, food tasted great and service was very sincere and courteous. Ordered seafood pasta and grilled fish. Both have great taste. Will come back and try different dishes next time. Parking: Their parking is tricky, be sure to slow down when near.
This is such an incredibly rare kind of place - from another time/another world - an actual family establishment - meaning one I think a family owns it but two it has that real energy, family energy - I was there the other night and at one table a highschooler was introducing his girlfriend to his parents, at another a mother was celebrating her birthday with her sisters and her kids, and so on - it was so beautiful - and there's a waiter, I think his name is Nacho, who was really the culmination of it all, he embodied everything beautiful about this place, the history, the personal touch, the kind of guy who makes it his business to invite you back and when you come remembers your name/picks up right where you left off - so rare, love it
This was my first visit, but definitely not the last. You walk into a great atmosphere and the smell of amazing food when you walk in. I came here for take out, and the host was very friendly and provided excellent service. We had lasagna, chicken Parm., and 4 cheese gnocchi and all of the dishes exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for real deal Italian, this is the spot.
We had walked in without any prior reservations at the time of opening with a group of 6 and 2 toddlers. The manager was nices enough to find us a seat near a walkway to the bathroom, which was perfectly fine. As soon as we were seated, the drink and food menu was given to us. Our server came to take our drink order, so we placed a couple and ordered a bottle of wine. The restaurant was fully packed, so it took a while for our drinks to come out. The waitress pasted our table several times until we got tired of waiting for the bottle of wine, so I had to ask her if we could get it soon. Most of us went through 1 glass of wine before I had to get the waitress' attention to take our entrée order, I also asked about our appetizers that were ordered about 20 minutes earlier. I noticed that the restaurant only had 3 servers only for all the tables. But once the food came out, it was worth all the wait. The taste of the food was absolutely delicious. All the entrées were perfectly cooked with amazing fresh ingredients. Hands down, one of the best pizzas I have tasted in a very long time. I highly recommend you give this place a try, but avoid going at a busy time. Parking: The restaurant has about 10 parking spots that will be taken pretty quickly if you go on a busy time. There is free parking right across the street from the restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: There are some stairs inside the restaurant for backroom dining, but definitely call ahead of time cause it is pretty cramped inside.
Decent Italian food. Good service. I enjoyed the Pollo della Casa and my wife enjoyed her Chicken Marsala. The calamari was oily and seemed a bit under cooked. The Spumoni ice cream dessert was very good.Food: 4/5
I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order placed through Uber Eats at your establishment. I had ordered the buy one get one fettuccine Alfredo deal, and unfortunately, both dishes were unsatisfactory. The fettuccine Alfredo tasted old, stale, and had an unpleasant plastic-like flavor. Additionally, the bruschetta was soggy and lacked favorable taste. It might be beneficial to consider packaging the tomatoes and cheese separately for to-go orders to maintain freshness and texture. Furthermore, the Pappardelle Arrabiata was notably dry, although it was somewhat palatable. The bread provided was the most enjoyable part of the meal. Moreover, I found it frustrating that despite ordering three pasta dishes, only one fork was included. This oversight added to my disappointment. Regrettably, this experience has left me with the decision to not patronize your establishment again. I believe I would have had a more enjoyable dining experience by purchasing pre-made sauces from Walmart and preparing the meals myself. I hope you take this feedback constructively to improve the quality of your offerings and customer experience in the future.
GREAT FOOD & WINE SELECTION. The presentation, flavor and freshness of the food was phenomenal. Great service 10/10
Wonderful service and food! I’m Italian myself I came in Los Angeles to visit and I wanted to try an Italian restaurant. Said by me I gotta say I had one of the best risotto ever. Definitely coming back again.Food: 5/5
