The employees here are miserable and make it their goal in life to bring as many people into their void of depression as possible. Plan on making multiple trips even if you checked the website to be sure you have everything ahead of time.

The lady Anne and especially the older guy with balding white hair and glasses are extremely combative, defensive and rude. Hate this place. Negative stars.

The line was short, but the older woman that works there at the left desk is EXTREMELY rude, nasty and right down mean. It's very obvious she hates her job, so she treats every single person like dirt that I witnessed her interact with. After the way she treated me and my husband we got up and walked out as we are human beings who deserve to be treated decent. We will go to Pueblo or Springs and see if we are treated any better there. That woman is the epitome of a miserable DMV employee. She should never be working with the public! Go to YELP and leave a review where it really counts. The state will ignore these reviews, but maybe not YELP.

Never ever ever answer the phones. I went in for my license and 4 weeks later nothing in the mail yet. Been trying to call for an hour now and nobody answers and then it just hangs up. Like come on!!! People have questions!!!
