I've been there 3 times. I personally haven't had a problem. One thing to consider @DMV is a number system so disabled people can sit and wait.versus stand.and.wait. could be a ADA Issue?! I know my back was killing. Otherwise 4/5 stars.

Employees are pleasant but have no sense of urgency. They tell that a "good time to come is early in the morning". Here's a free tip, How about changing your staffing model to accommodate the afternoons when you are busier??? 

No number system, so you just stand there like cattle waiting and waiting...

If this was a privately run business, it would be out of business.

Wow, .......3 tellers open, over 25 people waiting, 1 goes to lunch and nobody to cover.
I was 12th in line, I have been waiting 
An hour, 2  people move in the line in 1 hour

Real.bad, rude, lazy... tax dollars at work

I had a very pleasant DMV experience here and I was a little worried after reading the other reviews. I thought the location was easy to find, clean, and had a good layout/waiting area.  I arrived right when it opened and the wait time was better than I've had at other DMV locations. I thought the staff was helpful and straightforward. Would definitely choose this location again.

I had a good experience in this place. Went there to take my driving test and I got it in less that an hour. Efficient people. Thanks!
