This place is HOT GARBAGE!!!! They tried to rip Me and my coworkers of with the term double bed. Not meaning two beds in a room but actually it's a single twin bed in one room. Then after a long day of work the old racists white lady threatened to call the police on us for standing outside our rooms. Mind you it was 9:30!!!! On top of that the lights in our room didn't work. I'm no expert,but I swear prostitution is also taking place on the regular here. Save yourself the trouble....KEEP DRIVING!!!!

The actually motel and apartments are decent. The folks that work there are really nice.

Pic for an entire week and was forced out. They said I was smoking in the room and I don't even smoke. When escorted out the neighbor laughing said he did all the time. Did not get reimbursed. Too many cockroaches anyway. I understand why they are going out of business now. Sad. It was during Irma too. This place needs investigation. Too many drugs and manager overlooks it. Must be getting kickbacks.one to ten, flat ZERO !!!!!!

330+ a week for motel style or 700+ a month for apt style.  God, it took two days just to find out that information.

My guy called last night to ask about pricing and the woman who answered said 'we don't have any units until after the weekend' and hung up.  If he tried to call back she ignored his call then picked up and hung up.  So I called on my phone, same deal, instant answer, script response while I was saying 'wait no for next week' and then she hung up on me.  If I tried to call back same deal, ignored then hung up on repeatedly.

If you come to the Coco, Florida area stay here at the Dixie Motel nice place very nice people.
