Love her professional attitude but very down to earth, she is very knowledgeable of all insurances, auto, health, estate and trust bonds. She has certainly met all my insurance need I would highly recommend DLM Insurance.

Great customer service. Diane helped me get the appropriate insurance for my personal and business at an affordable price. Best agent I have ever experienced.

Great experience. Was able to provide me with different quotes to get the best pricing for my car insurance. Whenever I reach out about questions, she returns my call within 24 hours which is helpful! Would definitely recommend for all insurance purposes.

I was recommended  but what horrible customer service. She sets me with a 12pm appointment  and the office  is closed. I call multiple times no answer  and voice mail full.. what horrible business

They are the worst they gave me an appointment for 12pm I showed up 15 minutes ahead of my appointment I called and knocked on the door and no one answered I will never recommend anyone to this company ever in my life

Mrs. Murray is the ultimate professional and is extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend seeing her for all of your insurance needs

I never have a problem til this passed 2 weeks . Google business hours are incorrect I've gone 3 times to the office no one is there left messages and no one reaches back to me

Very unprofessional and unkind -- do not reccommend to anyone!!!!!
