If your gonna complain about crowded business then then please stop and reverse cause thats good business don't hate! They are great for the most part if something's not to your liking then please let the people know how you feel respectfully and remember it's a business so waiting is expected and service is guaranteed

The receptionist is hilarious and has a great personality for helping. I had an appointment at 11 and was seen right away they waited in the waiting room approximately 10 minutes and then I was seen by a clerk and got my paperwork taken care of. I only gave it three stars because the website will show zero wait times for appointments but that is not necessarily true all in all the whole process took me about 30 minutes to get my ID so not bad at all

I can see why people think the front desk guy is funny, but I watched him while we were there and was saddened how condescending he was to so many people, especially the elderly!  On top of that, I'm glad we didn't give up when he told us we should just leave cause we didn't have the right paperwork, he does not like being asked questions, and then after finally getting him to give my daughter and I a number to go to the next desk, we found out we didn't need a single piece of paperwork he insisted we have!  I was pulling every peice of paper from my car imaginable and trying to call by phone to ask questions!  Everyone else we came in contact with was friendly and professional.

A really rude Asian driving instructor ! He yelled during my behind the wheel test and told me to turn right saying I performed a dangerous maneuver for not checking the  bicycle lane when he made me panicked! He also yelled at me for not changing lane when he wanted me to because there was a car in my blind spot! Terrible!
