Very bad system they have at this DMV. We came just to get a document to present to our insurance company, something that should have taken us at the most 30 minutes and they've been sending us back and forth to their so called Red carpet several times. Not only us, but we've seen several people send back to correct minor mistakes that were not filled in their request forms. That instead of standing on the side to correct it they tell them to have a seat and go back to the Red carpet line. AGAIN. After they give you the so called number in reality YOU ARE still waiting to be helped, even though you are sitting we are STILL WAITING. We got here at 9:30am and it's now 11:45am. REALLY? We're still waiting to see how much longer we'll be here...It's 12 o'clock now, and my number was called, the reason I came wasn't corrected at the DMV, they told me I have to go to the court house were my ticket was issued. I mean, why didn't the person at the front desk tell me this instead of making me waste all my morning here. 12:10, I'm leaving and I wont be returning to this DMV...EVER!!!!

Very bad system they have at this DMV." I got hete 12.30 pm and got out at 4.30pm and it ony had 12 people in front off me. Yes very bad

People giving this place anything less than 5 stars should go to the merced dmv to realise what a real nightmare is. this DMV killed the bingo concept and made it more personal so you dont miss your sumon. Also this place is tiny and efficient you get seen at a fraction of the time it takes in other places no more havinvg to dedicate an entire day to do your bussiness.I recomend half of you to come here so my line doesnt get too long : )

Very easy process, fat and friendly. Unlike merced dmv.

Takes a lot time and bad service and nedd more people just came for a report and your still here from 1:00 and its 3:38 almost 4 pm cant stand this bad service worst place to get a report
