I just walked into the store which was practically empty except for 1 lady at the register and another man...so I politely said "Excuse me, where can I find spray paint?" So one of the guys behind the register says "Well, they're behind me but would you want someone interrupting you while checking out and possibly screw up your order? I looked at him incredulously and said "Oh my goodness, I had no idea you were even ringing someone up, this is too much, so now I'm leaving and heading to Home Depot where I don't have to deal with this. Additionally I told them that my husband comes here all the time but that I was leaving so I don't have to deal with their nonsense!! DISGRACEFUL....SHAME ON  YOU.
HAVE YOU HEARD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE???? IF I WAS A MAN OR WHITE YOU wouldn't have said one word except....."the spray paint is behind me, just a moment please". Shame on  you!!!

I called and asked for a particular part.  The manufacturer of the part gave me this exact store's phone number.  The person did not know how to use the computer and find the model number I provided him.  When I asked to speak to someone else who could possibly help, he got extremely nasty and screamed at me.
