I was sold a service by a rep for the firm who misrepresented the service and now no longer works for the company. When i made them aware of the issue, they handled things very poorly and did not make me feel as though they had any interest in resolving the issue. In the end, I ended my dealings with them and hired another lawyer to handle my bankruptcy case. They only offered a partial refund even though i made them aware of what the rep "sold" me. I would NEVER deal with them again. They never even apologized.

I thought the attorneys ability to explain the process was excellent. They also worked with me on the payments and financing. Finally, their follow up was good.
