Second time coming here in 2 weeks never got greeted at all still sitting here everybody walking around talking a white dude just walked in he was greeted and told they'll be with him . The heavy Hispanic lady up front was so rude last time get it together most of your reviews are bad ones. I see why sitting here debating whether to Even use them and I referred two friends... Smh also on the phone calling them no answer 15 mins and they're sitting here doing nothing.

Customer service is extremely terrible all the way up to the manager.  Stay away from this place the bad reviews are true. I didn’t believe it until I was with them and they told me the same thing saying take off my automatic payments and it will cancel itself and then you end up with a $600 bill from them. You better off with major known insurance companies. STAY AWAY !!!!

This company will lead you on. they told me "yeah just don't pay your insurance they will cancel it no big" here I am getting billed $500 because my account never got canceled
