Don't order the Root vegetable salad if you expect root vegetables..it is all lettuce and MAYBE 1/8 cup of veggies in little pieces you almost didn't know what you were eating! The waitress did not bring lemon or milk as requested for drinks/tea and we had to request another server to do that...But she did ask one member of the party..how she was doing with her water??????? Never asked about the food or any other drink. Also one member is diabetic and wanted hot cakes but no sugar free syrup....I'm sure she would have enjoyed the hot cakes with sugar FREE syrup more than the root vegetable salad with NO root veggies! We had friends from NYC with us......we were All disappointed.

Great food! Fast and friendly service! If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely come back.

It's gone downhill in recent years. I haven't eaten there after several bad experiences. The food is marginal and pricey.

We were celebrating my daughters 18th birthday. We had already had dinner but were desert hopping through Taos. The service staff was very kind to seat us for just deserts. We had the green chile cheese cake and a tasty chocolate dessert. Both of the deserts were tasty and well presented. We had a very nice time enjoying our deserts.

The food was not good. The sausage lacked fat. It was very dry, bordering on crumbly. They over fried food and the oil in the fryer was old. Clams lacked flavor and were over salted. The chorizo seemed to be some kind of jerky which didn't work well with the clams. Vegetables were overcooked. The only saving grace was the beet salad which, while not great, was actually edible. Service was lacking. We were never asked about our drink order so never ordered drinks. We waited a long time before the waiter who the hostess had told us, as if sharing a secret, was the best, asked us what we wanted for dinner. The waiter had a noticeable odor. At 6:30 pm, the lamb was unavailable. The only saving grace for the service was the woman who was responsible for refilling the water. She did great. The decor and ambiance was good although there are some repairs and maintenance that seem to have been ignored. Avoid this place.
