Awesome wait staff and greasy food. The other aspect of docs that is cool is the list of beers and ales. You can also ask for a flight and sample some. I personally liked the stouts and the pineapple ales.

Staff is great. Food is great. This place has a fun selection of craft beers. The flights are awesome to try new beers although you can always ask for a sample if it's on tap.

Not the best in town. Chicken was undercooked. I know I visited a smokehouse but I was under the impression the chicken would be hot and at least browned not light skinned. I suggest some flavorful dry rubs and a cook who knows how to season food. Great laid back atmosphere and would stop in for a good drink but until the cooks can show me some real "Bbq" or " smoked meats " I will stick with hog haven.

They have delicious food and I love trying the new drinks. My favorite beer was Horny Hefer but they recently had taken if off their menu, so sad but it helps me venture out trying new beers. So it's a good thing. And I have to say the staff and the management have out of this world amazing customer service! Never have I been to a place that goes so above and beyond the way they do! I completely recommend Doc's to everyone!

Server asked if my wife wanted her Brisket lean or fat. She wanted lean and different server brought out very fatty point. (Point is fatty part of brisket and Flat is lean part) Brisket was skillfully cooked to tenderness. It was lacking smoked flavor. Mac and cheese was flat, lacking cheesy flavor. I would describe Brisket Chili as a kitchen accident. Overpowering chili powder. Wow, too much chili powder! House made potato chips were awful. Mealy and soft, not crisp. How is it possible to screw these up? Turkey was skillfully cooked and just right smoke flavor. BBQ sauces are decent. Beer selection very good. Service is average. Went for the food, won't be back.
