The nurse who took my vitals was truly caring and professional. I wish I had gotten her name so I could properly recognize her. I appreciated how she took her time with me and was understanding of my needs, doing her best to manage my particular situation. The PA who saw me, Judith, was wonderful. She did everything she could for me and my unique situation. I value and appreciate medical staff who are so kind, understanding and helpful in an emergency situation. I would definitely recommend Judith as a care provider.

I wish i could give them a negative star. I signed in on line at 9:31 was given time by text to arrive at 10:31 it's now 12 noon and I still haven't gotten to see a doctor. Every time I ask how much longer I'm told either I'm next or one person ahead of me. We are all herded into waiting room like cattle. There's no sense of urgency or caring. Just set here while we take your money, which by the way they get up front.  Will NEVER use this place again.

My first few days of vacation and I have a very painful rash in my neck and shoulder. Stressed and a little scared to be in an unfamiliar area and not feel well. Doctors Care was the closest after hours place available. We were staying in Cherry Grove and thankfully they were close by. The sweet girl at the front desk was so sweet, gave me directions over the phone, the guy that checked my vital signs was compassionate and Dr. Nirenstein knew exactly what was going on as soon as he saw me. I had bad case of shingles. He explained everything to my husband and reassured me (I would probably start feeling better just about the time you head home from vacay). They called in my meds and explained how  to get there. We were in and out quickly and they got the job done while continuing their compassion.

I checked in online, drove straight there and was seen right away. Dr Rirenstein was prepared, helpful and knowledgeable. Nice bedside manner, quick and efficient. They called in my prescription and it was ready for me!

Absolutely wonderful... Our regular doctors are out of town and when something comes up we always go here, super convenient!  and if you don't want to wait sign in online and when they text you to come, there is really no wait at all!  Super people here!
