The service here from the medical staff is amazing, Dr. Preston is awesome! HE has a great personality and attitude. The nurses are great too!

The office staff has A LOT to be desired! Receptionists and Billing clerks. Their billing practices are bogus and crooked. I HAVE INSURANCE, yet they make me pay for all services rendered in full everytime I go in there because there is no guarantee of payment. They are very rude and will not let you leave without paying. They end up having to send me a refund check everytime! You would think they knew by now what insurance companies policies are. It would be a lot less work and time involved if they just billed my insurance. I have no co-pay and no deductible, so I should never have to pay a dime. I refuse to go back to this place again because of this.
