If I could give a zero to this location I would. I walk in and am greeted in a nasty tone by a large middle aged woman with hair from the 80s die blond hair. "How may I help you".  
I reply "I would like to get a hair cut".  
The same lady I find out to be called Tiffany replies, "if you can wait until 7:45" in a even more nasty tone. (It was 5:45)
I repied confused and slightly irritated,  "wow you are booked out until 7:45?".
"YEAH, so 7:45 it is then you want me to write you down!" she replied irritatedly.  
I said "oh, um I guess not, wow" and start to leave. Tiffany who I later find out to be the manager. 
With a smirk and a Bitchy tone she says, "see you later!" 
I then stopped at the door as she made her comment and replied "there is no need to be nasty and rude. Maybe try  to be a little more nice and friendly next time someone walks in. I watched as 3 other people after enter and quickly exit with very angry faces frustrated expressions. It amazes me this lady still has a job let alone is a manager.

Edna did my hair 2 months ago and did such a good job putting highlights through. She was super friendly and knew exactly what I wanted. I definetly will be rebooking with her.

Every time I have gotten my haircut by Sara she has messed my hair cut up and is rude and unprofessional I would suggest not getting a haircut from her
