What happened to this family friendly place?  I walked in on MLK birthday to hear 2 employees that were stocking yelling across the store to each other.  Most of the conversation had nothing to do with the task at hand.  Mostly "I do my job and this is your job and that isn't my job".  The Pepsi driver delivering items was very friendly and nice.  The older gentleman that checked me out was clearly embarrassed about the behavior of others.  Then one of the employees stood in the front of the store and belched over and over as I was checking out.  Gross.  Excuse yourself you disgusting freak.  I did not say anything at the time because a person who clearly has no manners during work hours will most likely not give a rats butt what a  customer says.  Roscoe Dollar Store, get your store in check before more people like me start  hacking out other stores. _

Employees smoking in front of front entrance is unappealing and unprofessional. Store has is run down and in dire need of revamp. I only go there out of convenience of the location.

James, the store manager, would not honor a credit promised to me by their shift manager, Nikki. Kurt, another employee there, was rude one night at closing time and would not honor a Saturday special store coupon. That's  why I was given the 5$ credit in the first place. I have been a customer for 10 years. When I left the store shocked by James' behavior toward me (for asking to use the credit) I realized I made a huge mistake! I left my keys on the counter. My husband went back inside only to be told by James that he didn't have them!  Screwed twice. I hope to hear soon from the district manager, Teresa. Will update. I'm shocked, disappointed, and upset. All over 5$!

Workers were very rude didn't know anything about what I was looking for And couldn't suggest anything this place needs to be closed down
