My mother shopped at this store all the time because it is close to her home. Now she will never shop here again. She had a horrific experience with an extremely rude employee. She was charged more than advertised and tried to show the woman her receipt. The woman told her to move bhecause she was holding up the line. She was charged $20 more than she should have been. The woman finally rolls her eyes and looks at her receipt and tells my mother that the prices were right. My mother asks her to go look at the price on the shelf. This woman YELLS to the 2 customers waiting and says “This old lady is the reason y’all have to wait.” Then closes her register to follow my mother to the isle. She sees the price and tells my mother “Oh well, the machine rang it up that price so there is nothing I can do.” She asked for her money back on all of her items and the woman ripped her receipt in tiny pieces and said “Sorry no refunds without a receipt now you need to leave so I can get back to my customers.” My mother asked for the manager and she said they don’t have one. I am infuriated by how my mother was treated. I never expected something like this in Cullman. This is unprofessional and this woman humiliated and degrading my mother. We are done with this store.

Advertisement was buy one get two free. But the breakdown on the receipt was actually only one free. False advertising

Very nice and clean, friendly staff.  Had what I wanted, plus a few things I just wanted to get lol

Long lines! I realize it's a very busy store but there is no customer care from management to get customer's in and out.
