Went in an hour ago to pick up batteries and my daughter wanted a balloon so I paid for my items and balloon and Went to the balloon center to pick it up. The young lady working there was speaking on her cell phone and didn't even acknowledge me after l went to her with my receipt. I asked her for a Princess balloon she said she doesn't have any, so I said do you have any balloons besides happy birthday and she just said no and went back to her cell phone. I was standing looking at the clear storage bins with all the balloons inside and this woman told me she only had happy birthday (those were the ones she was inflating). I went back to the cashier and told her the young lady didn't give me the balloon so I wanted a refund...she said they don't do refunds only exchanges and I can speak to the manager who so happens to be the rude cell phone chatting balloon inflater Denise. I'm so disgusted with the service or should I say the lack there of. I definitely will not be shopping in this store again, I'd rather get my things elsewhere and yes I contacted the corporate office and filed a complaint.

Great selection, nothing more than 1 dollar. Greeting cards are 2 for 1 dollar, and they are very nice cards.  Pleasant staff, enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Dollar Tree.

My wife loves going to Dollar Tree for small things she needs around the house and for quick holiday decorations. Of all the D.T. in the Lauderdale area we find this one to be the best. It's also the largest so they have more to offer.

It’s ok has alot more than most dollar trees except they allow dogs into the store and for people with allergies or afraid of dogs it makes it hard. Every time I come here people have their dogs in the store I have stopped going. And no they are not servicE dogs that is understandable.
