Always enjoy a stop at this store. Good selection and helpful personnel. Usually very well stocked without merchandise boxes blocking the aisle.

If I could I would rate this place no stars... I went on Sunday (2/4/18) to purchase some items for my dad's birthday and the cashier charged me twice for an item I purchased, I kindly told him he had rung me up twice just to make him aware and he called him manager on site. It took him 3 calls to get her because she did not want to come, not to mention; she never did, she was just speaking across the store. When he told her what had happened she rudely said "Well she better get something else because I am not giving her a refund!!" with a disturbing face expression. I was aware of their policies on refunds and was simply planning on getting something else, but this women was outrageously rude for the "Manager" she is. Never in my life have I come across a manager with this type of attitude towards customers. I have worked in retail and currently work in an office environment and not once would this type of "Customer Service" be tolerated at any time especially when a customer was not at fault. I will never be stepping a foot at this place again.

Clean and organized. However the cashier could use more training. I don't think it's good customer service skills to ask a manager if a customer cusses her out if she's allowed to cuss them back out.
