Ordered flowers for a friend that had lost a loved one. The florist never delivered the flowers. They never contacted me by phone or email to tell me they didn't deliver them! The only way I found out was when my credit card statement came I noticed a charge, and then I seen a credit for the charge. Can't believe they didn't deliver them or notify me! Crappy way to do business!

Nice bouquet. Very helpful with getting what I needed. Office manager courteous. Prompt delivery.

My father and I recently ordered flowers for a friend's recent marriage.The flowers that were delivered were nothing like the ones pictured when they were ordered online. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I read the substitution policy on the website and it was not upheld in the least. The color scheme was completely different not even close to fall colors. It was not as full as in the picture and was not even close to the value of the flowers ordered. What was delivered looked like it cost $20 max. The flowers didn't even look healthy. I tried to call the day the flowers were delivered during regular business hours with no response and even wrote a lengthy e-mail and 3 weeks later still no response. Terrible business and would never use them again!

If I could rate this place no stars, I would. I ordered flowers for my mother after she went into emergency surgery yesterday for her on going cancer battle. I ordered a beautiful  bouquet, at least what the picture had shown, and I received a horrible looking flower arrangment. They weren't even arranged nicely with giants patches through out it and cut unevenly. For $50 I would expect more. NOT only were the flowers not even the ones in the picture!! I understand if they didn't have them that they would replace with same quality flowers. But this flower arrangement was probably worth $10.... to be honest... I could pick flowers myself and arrange them and have it look better then they did. I am SO dissappointed. This place will NEVER receive my business again. And I will tell everyone I know also not to go here. If I could get my money back that would be amazing, I will bring your flowers back and go elsewhere with my business.
