Let me begin by saying I do not like to complain and only ever leave reviews if they are positive. Now, I’ve been here a handful of times but never again. The food is okay, nothing worth bragging about, but will guaranteed be cold if you get it delivery. Delivery takes well over an hour, even to my job which is LITERALLY 5 minutes away (and it was only food for 2 people not a whole damn office). If you call in an order ahead of time, they won’t start working on it until you show up to pick it up. All the ladies that work here are insanely RUDE and have 0 concept of customer service.

When I came here I thought that this place would be such a great restaurant to go to but I was wrong. We spent half an hour waiting for our food & we were missing some of our sides. The price was definitely overpriced as well. The waitress and cook were definitely talking about us and giving us rude looks. I am Hispanic myself so I though that this place would be a nice place to go to enjoy with my family but instead we spent too much money on food that wasn't cooked properly and we were missing our sides. I suggest that if you look white or are white to watch out because they clearly are racist. The way that they were definitely says a lot about the kind of person they are; rude & racist. Which I know only cause it seems like the bad reviews are from Americans.

Went here with my girlfriend. She had the pork mofongo, which was served well done. I had the oxtail stew. Very tasty. Laid back atmosphere. Would recommend.

Okay, the good. The good is really quite good and Ive been coming here for well over 3 years. Nice quiet place, reasonable prices, and fast service. 
The bad. 
If you are white they assume you don't speak spanish and WILL talk about you. Which is very rude to say the least, im enjoying my meal and i Have to hear how ugly the woman think my girl friend is. Thankfully she doesnt understand spanish. 
I paid my bill, said thank you tipped very well and wrote in spanish we could hear and understand you. The look on her face, priceless.
