Easy IN / DIFFICULT OUT ! Your loyalty doesn't count even after 35 years ! 20 % more expensive heating oil and 35 % more expensive maintenance plans than local competition such as the giants "SANTA FUEL" & "STANDARD OIL". We have been with Dominick for over 35 years ! . For the first time I looked at their rates ( on our invoice) compared to the market and realized we could have gotten better deals elsewhere (40 cents - 60 cents, less per gallon ) and I am not talking about those "1 truck company" or COD ( cash on delivery ). We called Dominick several times and tried to work something out or at least get out "safely" - The lady who answers the phone ( Debra ) was not allowed to address simple account issues, thus never had the answers. She had to transfer the calls to her boss, Charlie who had no idea what he was talking about and was quick to push back before he even got the question. The big break came when I spoke with Mrs. Sandy Dominick : ) - She was very pleasant and personable and she offered us a discount (though it was still not at a competitive rate). We switched to " Santa Fuel " which supplies also some of our neighbors with heating oil. after speaking with Ms. S Dominick, I have added 2 more stars ( update from * to *** ) . We wish Dominick company and Dominick family the best.

As always, Dominick is quick to respond and flawless in their execution. We have had the privilege of working with Ted and Dominick for over 26 years now, in two homes, and would never think of changing. Ted has been our savior on more than one occasion. Even the dog looks forward to his visits! The entire team is excellent and the office staff is friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend them.

I ran into a problem with water in my oil I called Dominic because I had no heat. The guy came out he told me I had wate r in my oil so he did what he to do. He took me around the house he checked every opening he told me everything was sealed shut. Next my ex-sister in law tells me that I can't get anymore oil till we put in a new oil tank! What? They cost 5,000 that I don't have. I called them left a message with the girl. Never got a call back!!, If the oil guy said everything was sealed shut why a new oil tank? When Dominick was here fixing the problem I had to call the office for a price at that point they told me it was not a big deal I would only have to pay for his time. They sure made it into a big deal a 5.000 deal. So where do we go from here? If your oil guy said ", everything was shut tight" I ended up going to the company they are rude and they don't tell the truth. I had a furnace guy come out I needed my radiators bleed what I was told is that my furnace was never serviced!, What! They came every year for the past 20 or more years to do a cleaning it was not serviced in years i was told. Be aware of what they are doing my ex-father in law was taken advantage of for years from them they are the worst oil company

Dominick has been giving our family great service for over 30 years! We had a pipe burst above our boiler in our mechanical room this past weekend - Dominick was at our house within an hour. Even though, the broken pipe wasn't part of the boiler system they identified the source of the problem and diverted the water until the right person could address it. We love Dominick Fuel!!!
