Their sign says Dominick’s… Lotta Food and they aren’t kidding! We went for dinner on a Tuesday night and the restaurant was not busy. Decor reminded me of Carmines Restaurant in NYC and so did the portions. We ordered half portions but really, one half portion could feed 2-3 people with big appetites! I ordered the chicken parmigiana which came out very crispy but perfectly cooked. Instead of spaghetti I had rigatoni with vodka sauce and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Hubby had angel hair with sausage and it was a huge helping. No worries… plenty of food for later in the week. Finished with dessert called Bombas which is an ice cream treat. Delish! Our server was Nicole and she was friendly, knew her menu and watched over our table diligently. Will definitely go back and highly recommend!
Dominick's never disappoints! What a great dinner I had with my baby. The portions are huge. When they say half size that means it feeds two and a full size feeds four. I had their crab cake over angel hair with a wonderful roasted red pepper sauce. My wife had the angel hair and meatballs with the neapolitan sauce. The service was good for only two people. The price is reasonable considering the amount of food we took home. Stop by Dominick's. You won't be disappointed!
Truly fantastic food. The Arancini Di Riso appetizer was amazing. Who doesn't love risotto balls stuffed with mozzarella, breaded and fried. The spicy garlic pepper sauce was divine, just enough spice and flavor to kick it up a notch. Out of the three dishes we had and shared, chicken parmigiana, spinach & sundried tomato manicotti and the Mediterranean tortelloni, the tortelloni was incredible. Don't get me wrong their all delicious but the tortelloni with its red pepper and feta cheese alfredo sauce was a touch above and extremely tasty. Will definitely be coming back to try some more incredibly flavorful dishes. Kid-friendliness: Family friendly dining Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible by wheelchair and wide isles for easy access.
Started our meal with a fresh delicious Sicilian salad. The Dominicks chicken over angel hair pasta was amazing. Cozy atmosphere and friendly responsive service made my dining experience memorable. We will defiantly be back for our next special occasion.
Amazing place to eat! Everything is so good, and they have a good range of wine options for anyone who loves wine like I do. I forgot what wine I got but Im sure they’re all amazing. Calamari is really good 9/10 for me. Im a calamari connoisseur and I think as far as seasoning goes these could use a tad more but the lemon can make up for it. The bread is so soft that they serve while you wait. I enjoyed that. They also serve a lot of food. I mean a LOT of food. These are all half portions so.. I definitely will be coming back.
In from out of town and a local recommended this to me. Calamari was enormous. Only place I've seen similar is in San Fran. Cooked very tender and breading was great.. Veal was cooked great on my piccata. Largest capers I've ever seen. Large portions at great value. Will be a regular stop for me every time I'm back in town.
First time at Dominick’s in Buford. Food was very good. Staff did a very good job of explaining the portion sizes and menu. Be aware the portion sizes are very large. Food was excellent and the salads were very good. Very well staffed. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant, dimmed lighting and light music playing in the background. Would recommend.
Went during lunch with a group of coworkers and we were immediately seated. The waitress was very attentive and she even complimented my sweatshirt which read "EQUALITY". Best lunch prices, great portions and the food was delicious. Food: 5/5
A group of us went for dinner. Sorry, no pic. A 1/2 order is HUGE! Several choices to choose from. A to go box is essential. Service is great! Nice ambiance. Casual, almost homey setting. Food was very good. Parking: Parking in front and back of the restaurant.
Food and service were excellent. Portions are enormous. The only problem we had was with the manager. He was very rude to us twice. The second time we were leaving at a door marked "EXIT." No sign saying it was not an exit. He said, "Next time, do not use this door." Not sure there will be a next time. He also locked the door behind us. Not sure that it is legal to have exit doors locked during business hours. What a train wreck!
