Good establishment and makes decent pizza but I've ordered carry out twice and both times they've lost my order and kept me waiting in store for close to a full hour. One time they gave me a rebate and the free pizza (the other time just the pizza and I paid for it) but it wasn't worth the amount of time wasted, sitting there hungrily, and being mostly ignored as the staff don't know what happened to your order. The staff are friendly, depending on who you deal with, but in general, they seem really disorganized. The most frustrating part is you'll talk to one person and they'll have no clue what's going on, and after you explain your situation to them, they are nowhere to be found when you want to check in with your order 10 minutes later. Communication seems to be the real issue in this branch and they need to find a more organized system in getting carry out orders sorted. While I was waiting I saw a similar mix up happen to at least 2 other people although they somehow managed to get their orders before mine.

Ordered 4 pizzas. Only 3 came. Called and was told missing pizza would be remade and delivered immediately.

Waited an hour and called back.  They hadn't even made the pizza never mind sent it out for delivery. 

Had to go out and never got the pizza at all. No apologies or attempts to accommodate. Very poor experience and customer service especially from Damien. Pity as the za we did get was good but won't be ordering from here again.

Great place to grab great tasting pizza and a great price. I often order delivery from here and the staff is always great and quick. Sometimes my pizza has come missing a topping and when I called there were no questions asked and I was given an entire pizza with the correct toppings.

Other than the longer wait when you order take out as walk in customers - definitely the best pizza quality and taste in town! 
Great delivery speed and service and late hours always help satisfy the cravings :)

Delicious pizza, delivered in a reasonable amount of time, and for a decent prize. No complaints!
