I walked in with my son, and the place just be newly renovated. It looks very good! Unfortunately the people who work there still have poor attitude. Was not greeted at all. Walked up to the counter and stood there for a while and the employee still had not acknowledged us. So finally we all away and open the door to leave, and he asks "can I help you?". I responded with "not anymore" he shrugged his shoulders, said "oh well" and walked away. Customer service is still number one to me at any place, and this place is pretty bad. Disappointing, honestly.

I placed an order at 12:54pm CST. It's now 2:25pm and it still says that my order is undergoing a quality check on the tracker. I called the store at about 1:45pm and they said it would be delivered shortly. This is ridiculous. UPDATE: Manager contacted me hours later and apologized. He also offered to provide me with a free meal to make up for it. Due to his commitment to customer service, I have increased the number of stars from 1 to 3/5

Always provides the most upscale customer service. I'm never disappointed with the quality of the food they provide.

Cash only cash only..... GREAT Italian beef pizza - w giardiniera on the side and well baked. I will let the pic sp.eak for itself. BTW - no problem ordering and delivery was fast.
