Dominos is 0.79 miles from my house, but it took 30 minutes for the driver to get to me. Also, driver ignored directions to go DOWN the stairs and was knocking at the wrong door. At least the pizza was still warm when it got to me, though. Not even close to the first time I have had issues with this particular store.

We have ordered (on-line) delivery from this place a dozen times, and have generally been satisfied (although they are a bit slow) - but today we called after an hour and a half and was told that it should be there in a few minutes as they had already left (45 minutes ago according to the computer tracker). I called again after another 20 minutes because it still hadn't arrived. They had to make us another pizza and chicken side. It finally arrived after another 45 minutes

I ordered a pizza at 6:00 and called at 8:00, 8:30 and 9:00 to check on my order.  They said the the driver rang the doorbell but no body answered.  I have a ring doorbell and no one rang and there was no motion at my door.  The manager said that the coupon special caused a 3 hour delay on my order and that the web site should have told me.  The staff was rude and unhelpful and made it sound like this was somehow my fault.

In the end we did not get our pizza and the only thing they offered was to refund my credit card.

Very good experience, far better from what I saw from the online review. Only took about 30 min from ordering to get the food delivered. Food was great and hot, and delivery driver was nice and friendly. Will return!

Dont' bother. It took 55 minutes for the pizzas to arrive. They were barely warm. This isn't the first time.
