Horrible customer service. The online tools are set up to make the shopping experience better but today I waited over 1 hour for a delivery that was suppose to arrive in 19-29 minutes. The online system said my order was inspected for perfection at 2:27. At 3:01 I called to find out what was going on. I was told I either had to continue to wait or come pick the food up because they only had one delivery driver. I had the choice to have them remake the old food and wait and additional hour for delivery or take the old food whenever it was available. I finished the survey on their online system and still had to do this one because the service was horrible. On Christmas Eve this is the service you can expect, Cold food, folded sideways pizza for my kids and already paid for food.

Pizza is done on time/quickly. The checkout person at the front is very polite. I have been there three times and he has always made sure to use good customer service saying thank you and yes sir.

The food here is soo good! They deliver on time and got everything right to how many packages of hot pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese i requested.

So upset!!! Sitting in the emergency room with my 3 year old son! He chocked on a piece of plastic that cut his throat. My heart was in my stomach!!!! I had to dig a piece of plastic from my babys throat !!! :( Order all the time and never have problems everyone is friendly and accurate ...  But after this we will not be ordering again!!! This could have been worse! Understand accidents happen but come on how do you not feel a big piece of hard plastic !!!
