Ordered veggie pizza, it had meat and hair on it. Told manager about it. First she said there's no meat on that pizza and said oh yea it is and Stated she would make another one. Well, after waiting another 15 minutes they bring the exact same pizza back to me. Domino's removed the meat and hair. Also pulled label off box and apologize the label wouldn't stick because it was pulled off the old box and place on new box. Which was not true, it's the same box they took it off, in plain sight you can see where the label had been torn off. Crazy. Do these people really think customers are not paying attention. No more money spent with this franchise.

Such a pleasant greeting and overall experience at the pickup window! THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT!!! Thank you for not making my patronage seem like a personal affront! Love our local Dominos!

Byram Domino's was horrible, pizza did not have enough meat, I paid for extra cheese, that didn't happen, and the wait 35-45 mins... but it was a Friday, and I could have overlooked the wait, if the food was worth it...i feel they rush the orders, due to having A DRIVE THRU...and they focus on those orders first, so the quality of the food is AWFUL...

There's never a time I've ordered from this location, and EVERYTHING is correct. Sauce will be missing off one sandwich, extra sauce (on the receipt as paid for) not included, completely forgetting a side item, the list goes on. Employees are generally nice, just incapable of making sure the orders are correct prior to the customer picking it up. 
This has not been a problem with one order. This is every single order. 
I generally check the boxes before leaving the store to make sure they've done their job. Which will usually result in them having to fix or locate the rest of my order.
