The last three delivery orders from this location have been extremely delayed. Tonight's order hadn't arrived within three hours! Store says the driver knocked, but we haven't heard anything in spite of sitting about 10 feet from the door. After trying to get through to the store for the last hour, we finally got through. The guy that answered the phone said our order was still out. It wasn't until I got testy with him that he said the pizza had come back to the store. However, the pizza is usually good and properly cooked. I haven't had any problems with pick-up orders.

Ordered and food was cold overcooked and when placing my order online it put no cheese and no sauce for my pizza. Which is an obvious error so you would think someone would call but no I get a overcooked Philly with Philly steak and bacon thrown onto a hard crust no cheese or sauce. And the other with no cheese when I was saying no extra cheese. Then it says to talk to a human but no one picks up. Don't want coupons want my money back for serving inedible food. Or I will be contacting my bank with this post.

Update:
So got in touch with the Manager the next day being that I had called Domino's Company Complaint line that night and said they would send the information over being that the location as a franchise. 

I explained to the Manager what had happened and she tried to make an excuse as to why noone was capable of using common sense to see the error because pizza without sauce and cheese isn't a pizza period.

So her cop out was that they don't honor if the website makes an error. They take your money from the website but if the website glitches it's not their problem.

So word of advice in case the website is acting up don't place an order with this establishment. Because common sense isn't a prerequisite of working at this location.

Often on the money with my order. Would like for the to remember Alfredo pasta sauce is not meant to drizzle it but to provide enough sauce to make the enjoyable. Add extra sauce back to the pasta selection. Thank you

While my pizza arrived in a timely manner it had obviously been dropped, as the slices were all separated. The pie may have "shattered" so easily due to the fact that it was partially burnt. An overcooked, thin crust pizza is the worst!

This location is always courteous and quick. Only a 4 star because they don't deliver after 8 or 9 pm in my area. I'm sure that's more about the area but it's plenty of other places that deliver here later.
