Pizzas are great.  Customer service not so much.  My wife and I order home delivery regularly; and I always give the driver at least a 20% cash tip.  With one exception, the delivery drivers have always been courteous and the pizzas are almost always still warm.  In that one instance, the driver was very rude to me because I asked him to not play his music so loud in our neighbor.  His car was parked in my driveway with the door left open.  In another instance, I went to the store.  It would take too long to describe my issue with the interaction I had; however, I did file a complaint with Domino's corporate office who said someone would contact me about my concerns.   That was about 4 months ago with no contact.

I have contacted a number of mangers cooperate and even spoken with the owner Todd regarding a refund.  This place is deplorable. Considering the area you would assume that service be a little better this store is nothing short of hoodrat mentally with a great location.  I will never spend another dime in any Domino's you will not get my dime. This location should be shut down only making profit due to the fact its no real competitors in Fort Washington that deliver.

The customer service and food I received from this location was sub-par. This is my second time ordering, thinking, I would give it another chance. The food had taken almost 2 hours to be delivered. The pizza and wings were cold, extra greasy, had way too much sauce, and looked like it had been thrown around and smashed. The salad looked old. The delivery person would not show me my food or give it to me, until after I paid.  My second delivery person was a nice guy and gave me an soda I didn't order when I still tipped him. Then disappeared before I had enough time to check. I was not able to eat the majority of the food seeing as the pizza, wings, and salad were not good. Also, I had to direct my order as if I was taking their order, and any attempt to reach a manager ended in failure. It seemed they did not know what they were doing and I got no answers when I had questions. I have ordered all over the country and some other places due to my travels and this is the worst experience I have ever had. DON'T GO!

This was my 3rd visit and 2nd time hearing the "crew chief" or assistant manager cusing out his staff. This time, the issue was about having staff opening up the store the next day as he wasn't going to do it by himself. (2) of the delivery drivers that were leaving commented to the carry-out people waiting that "it was crazy". Incredibly unprofessional and disorganized.  I would have canceled my order, but it was too late as I did it online. On top of that, the extra cheese that I ordered was missing. This cannot be a part of the "Team Washington" franchise. This would be my last time patronizing this particular location.

Delivery sucks... the guys are nice but it took 1 hour and 40 minutes to receive the order one time... the order was wrong and the pizza cold. I decided to go carryout another time.. my order posted at 6:17pm and still at 7:25pm I was waiting in the store for my pizza. Its sad because Dominos is usually good  just... but this one is not working.
