I went into the inwood location yesterday to pick up my pan pizza and cinnamon twists...Im a little distubed with something that i saw take place. There were 2 women prepping dough. When i walked in 1 of the women stopped doing what she was doing with the dough to wait on me. She took my $ for my order. I then watched her go right back to the dough. SHE NEVER WASHED HER HANDS AFTER NOT ONLY USING THE CASH REGISTER BUT ALSO AFTER HANDLING MONEY.(Which we all know is very very gross and full of germs). A man walked in to also pick up his order and the same young lady did the same with him. Handles his cash, never washed her hands and continued dealing with dough. I hope this review will take care that situation. Noone wants to eat food after someone that doesnt wash there hands!!!!!

I love this Domino's! They have really good pizza and reasonable prices. Their chicken Alfredo is my all time favorite!

I've lived in this area for 20ish years and every fast food place in the area was notorious for getting orders wrong, this place included. This Domino's has really stepped up its game over the last few years, I think the ordering app has a lot to do with it. We still get things messed up here and there but they're quick to fix the problem. We live literally right down the road from it so my husband will sometimes just drive to the store but they always offer to send someone back out to us. Anytime we do have something messed up and have to call they're always super friendly and apologetic and very professional. The only reason I give 4 stars is because I have worked in food service since I was 15 and I truly believe that there's always room for improvement in food service.

I live 1/4 mile away, my husband called and ordered food at 7pm. After...he placed the order they said it would be 1 hr. Then he called and asked Ashley at 815pm where the food was. She said on its way. Well...at 845pm still no food...forcing us to call and try to get our money back for food that never arrived.
