Unfortunately, there is extraordinarily poor customer service at this location, though the pizza, when done right, is still as good as typical Dominos pizza.  I have had multiple issues with this location over the past few months where the wrong pizza was delivered, parts of the order were missing, undercooked pizza was delivered (raw dough inside), etc.  While I did call in and report these issues, on none of these occasions did I request a refund or a discount, I just wanted what we ordered in a timely fashion.  On some occasions, I was told that I just couldn't be helped -- which seems unacceptable to me.  For example, while I can understand that when you are busy the last thing you want to do is run a cup of marinara to a customer, if you are going to charge a customer money for a cup of marinara, it's kinda a big deal if you don't deliver it and refuse to come back to deliver it or offer any other kind of solution.  The last issue, though, is what sealed the deal for us not ordering from here any more.  After being delivered a doughy pan pizza and calling in asking for a replacement (as I assume it's not safe to eat an uncooked pizza), we were told that the doughy pizza was our fault as the type of order we placed with extra sauce apparently needed more time in the oven than a typical pizza and that they couldn't give it that extra time in the oven due to it being busy. (??!!) Unable to deliver a replacement in under an hour and a half, they offered to mail us gift certificates to cover the cost of the pizza, which isn't what we wanted at all as a promise of a future pizza doesn't really help us for dinner, but that was all they'd offer.  The certificates arrived two weeks later.  When I tried to use them to purchase the identical pizza, I was told that there would be a $4 delivery charge.  I spent a bit of time trying to walk the person on the phone down the path of logic it would take to have to pay again for a (failed) delivery that has already been paid for, but it was explained to me that I'd have to come pick it up myself if I didn't want to pay the charge.  Life isn't worth arguing over $4, and Domino's is welcome to it, but it's the last $4 that I'll spend on this franchise.  Hopefully at some point corporate will spend a little time to figure out what is broken about staffing at this location.

I have a pal who worked at Pizza Hut in Valentine NE and had not tried Domino's since the days of the Noid (mid to late 1980's)  I told him Domino's was better than Pizza Hut and he scoffed at the idea.   But I took him to the Kearney NE carry out location on our way back home.  He finished 1/2 of his pizza before we had made it to the town of Hazard.  I would give Domino's 5 stars if not for one thing.  Their garlic cheese bread is not to my like.  I wish they would have an option for more garlic or less cheese or both on their menu. Before the Domino's refit I thought their cheesy bread had too little cheese and not enough garlic.  Now I think it has too much cheese and still not enough garlic.

Love this Dominoes! People are fast and super friendly. Food is always hot and fresh. Order from here all the time and never been disappointed.

I always enjoy pizza from Kearney Domino's!! I love going in with my family and letting the kids watch them flip the dough and make the pizza. The kids love finding out about what goes into making their food. Thank you Domino's for such a great food experience. (P.S. We love love love their Philly Cheesesteak Pizza!! I am excited that they made the cinnastix like pretzels now too!!) :D
